Subject: Occupancy Inspection at 321 Main Street, Springfield, Oregon.
Proposed Use: Groceries, Videos, Retail
Dear Mr. Perez,
At your request, the Community Services DivisionfBuilding Safety conducted an inspection of
the building at the above address. The purpose of the inspection was to determine the suitability
of the building for the proposed use as indicated.
PLUMBING
. The discharge line from the temperature and pressure relief valve shall be extended directly
to the exterior of the building using approved material of the same size as the valve outlet. It
shall terminate within six (6) inches to twenty four (24) inches above the ground. The
discharge may not terminate under the building.
. The laundry tray faucet has a built in hose connection and shall be equipped with an
approved backflow device.
