Our records indicate that on May 8, 1985 , you subnitted plans for the'l-'Lv!^-,sed
construction of- a addition to the restaurant dining roan to be located at
265 Main Street , Springfield, Oregon. 'lb date,
the plans and required pennits for this construction have not beed obtained.
The Springfield Building Safety Codes Administrative Code states that "Applications for
which no pennit is issued within 180 days following the date of application shall expire
by limitation, and plans and other data submitted for review may thereafter be returned
to the applicant or destroyed by the Building Official." The Code further states that,
"The Building Official may extend the time for action by the applicant for a pericx:i
not exceeding 180 days upon request by the applicant showing that circumstances beyond
the control of the applicant have prevented action fran being taken. No application
shall be extended lIX)re than once. In order to renew action on an application after
expiration, the applicant shall resubmit plans and pay a new plan review fee."

Dear Mr. PI eger:
Thank you for your letter of November 4th regarding Taco
Time International, Inc.'s application for a permit to
construct an addition to our restaurant dining room
located at 265 Main Street in Springfield, Oregon.
We have not pursued receipt of this permit because our
plans have been revised and we do not want to build the
addition at this time. Thank you for contacting us.
