SUBJECT: JOB #9400 16, 3853 LONGRIDGE DRIVE (LAND PARTITION)
MAP #18 02 0613, PARCEL #3
I met with Scott LeMoigne regarding water service on the above referenced property.
We have agreed on the following:
1. Springfield Utility Board will supply water to Parcel #3 from Jasper Road. The
water service line will be supplied by SUB from Jasper Road south down the
existing public utility easement on the east side of Parcel #1 and #2. We will
install a meter in the public right-of-way, near the northeast comer of Parcel #3
(Attachment 1).
2. The applicant has agreed to pay SUB's existing development fees for service to
this property, a total of $1,475.00. This represents total fees for Parcel #3 only.
Connection/development fees for the additional parcel(s) will be collected under
SUB policies in place at the time of request for service.
3. When Longridge Drive is fully developed to street standards, SUB will reconnect
the water service line to serve Parcel #3, from the newly constructed main line.
4. SUB will charge outside city water rates until the area is annexed.
5. SUB will process an extraterritorial extension of service for the applicant. SUB
will work with the applicant and the Boundary Commission to facilitate the
approval as quickly as possible.
6. SUB may require additional easements for the water service line from Jasper
Road. This will be established after formal design. This easement will be a
condition of water service between the applicant and the Springfield Utility Board.

7. SUB will begin construction of the water lines soon after the fees are collected.
As per the applicants signature shown below, Mr. LeMoigne agrees to the above
conditions and SUB recommends approval of the building permit.
