Dear Mr. Besaw:
please find enclosed for your information and review copies of
letters dated May 28, 1980, to you from Sally Johnson, Environ-
mental Inspector, City of Springfield, and dated October 7,
1980, to you from this office.
This office has prepared an action to be instituted in the
Municipal Court of the City of Springfield because of your
non-compliance with the Uniform Housing Code. Unless you com-
ply with the requirements of Ms. Johnson's May 20, 1980, letter,
on or before December 30, 1980, that action will be commenced.
