Dear Tri Par Investments:
On April 15, 2003 our office issued penn its for the construction of a remodel/dry rot
repair to you to be located at 1055 Linda Lane, Springfield, Oregon. While calculating
the fees for that penn it, the plan reviewer neglected to include the Mechanical Issuance
fee of$IO,OO, the additional minimum/adjustment mechanical fee of$33,00, the 7%
State Surcharge of$2.31 and the 10% City Administrative Fee of$3.30, leaving a
balance due of $48,61 for this project. I am enclosing a copy of the pennit that was
issued and a copy of the original receipt for your reference,
Please pay the amount due prior to requesting your final inspections for this project. I
have enclosed a prestamped envelope for your convenience if you wish to make payment
by mail, or you are welcome to make payment in person at our office. Our office hours
are 8:00 a,m. - noon and from 1 :00 p,m, - 3:00 p,m: Monday through Friday, I sincerely
