Dear Mr. & Mrs, Howland:

At your request, the Building Division of the City of Springfield
made a housing inspection on May 9, 1978, at 5281 Leota Street,
Springfield, Oregon.
The following items must be repaired or replaced to conform with
the Uniform Housing Code as adopted by the City of Springfield:
1. ' Tape wi res and i nsta 11 a cover on open box in the ga rage.
2 . Install arcover on the pumpswi tch.
3. Ends are required on the bathroom light fixture.
4. Globes are 'required on the front and back porch lights,
All necessary permits shall be obtained before work starts and all
work shall be accomplished according to applicable codes and inspec-
ted ,before a Certificate of Compliance will be issued~
