Subject: Home Occupation Permit
Oear Mrs. Vandenloos:
225 FIFTH STREET
SPRINGFIELD, OR 97477

I have discussed this application with the Manager of your apartment
complex (Tammi Crawford). The City is granting approval of this Home
Occupation permit based on the criteria of the Code and Ms. Crawford's
verbal approval of this application.
It is the City's understanding that Ms. Crawford (as the Manager of the
apartment complex) will not approve your use of a sign or additional
employees as this permit would allow. If the operation proceeds without
complaints it will be permitted to continue.
If you have questions about this approval please contact the Springfield
Development Services Department at 726-3759.
Cordially,
Cynthia L. Harmon
Development Permit Coordinator
