RE: Temporary Occupancy
Dear :'llama:
On ?\oyembcr 8, 1991 a Temporary Occupancy was grantcd to you to occupy the
manufactured home located at 550 Lochaven Ayenue, Springfield, Oregon, As a condition
of the Temporary Occupancy, you are required to complete the following itcms no latcr
than December 9, 1991.
1. Storm drains need to be installed and inspected.
2. The required storage structure as noted on your plot plan needs to be installed.
3. Street trees as noted on your plot plan need to be planted.
4. Street address numbers need to be placed on the home.
An inspection will be conducted on December 9, 1991 to ensure compliance. If the items
are not completed by that date, the Temporary Occupancy will expire.
