RE: Dedication of public right-of-way within Springfield's Urban Growth
Boundary.
Dear Mr. Drechsler,
On January 25, 1990, the City of Springfield granted preliminary approval for"
a Si te Plan for a bed and breakfas t facili ty on property located at; 2375 Laura /
: StreeLAssessor's Map 17-03-22-44, Tax Lot 07700 (City Jo. No. 90-01-08). -
A condition of this approval was the dedication of right-of-way: Laura Street,
35 feet from centerline.
The City of Springfield is requesting that you process the dedication of the
above mentioned right-of-way.
