l' have received your appeal of my decision denying your zone change
application (HZC 83-049). Your appeal has been filed within the time deadlines
specified by Lane Code 14,515,
In reviewing your application of appeal, 1 have found no evidence which
pursuades me that 1 had exceeded my authority in issuing my opinion or that my
decision was unconstitutional. Therefore, my decision must stand as written.
Please refer to Lane Code 14.600 for an explanation of the review procedure
conducted by the Lane County Board of Commissioners,
