) TO HEAR APPEAL OF LEON KEEFE FOR
) REZONING APPLICATION PZC 83-49
WHEREAS, Lane Code 14,600 establishes the procedure and criteria which the
Board is to follow in deciding whether or not to conduct an on the record hearing for
an appeal of a decision by the Hearings Official; and
WHEREAS, an appeal was filed on the Hearings Official denial of rezoning
request PZC 83-49; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Director recommended that the Board of County
Commissioners not conduct a public hearing for the appeal based on the applicant's
failure to address the necessary criteria for a rezoning; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners having considered the appeal and
the recommendation of the Planning Director on February 1, 1984, tentatively decided
to not conduct a public hearing on the appeal; now, therefore it is hereby
ORDERED that the Board of County Commissioners elect not to review the
appeal of Leon Keefe,
ENACTED this
