3, Install all open spliced or open terminated,wiring in approved splice boxes to pre-
vent possible fire damage from sparks; (Range vent area and heater wire in the hall
way.)

4. Remove the lamp cord W1Tl.ng to the garage door closer and properly polarize and
ground all receptacle outlets in the garage area. Lamp cord is not approved for
"., . ,,' ',permanent type wiring and shall be replaced with non~metallic cable to give proper
physical protection.

5. It is recommended that you contact your electrical contractor in regards to this
