l am writing for an extension on permit no. 931076 at 936 Lochaven Ave.,

Springfield. My 180 days between inspections will expire on December 13, 1995. While
work continues I am not ready for an inspection at this time. Much of the addition is
being built by myself and work progresses slowly.
I' have contractors lined up to finish the mechanical portion of the work and that
and framing can be inspected by the first of the year. If you have any questions please call
