RE: Dedication of public right-of-way within Springfield's Urban Growth
Boundary.
Dear Ms. Deeden,
Patricia Golden-Arolla applied for a partition of property located at 3971
Jasper Road (Assessor's Map 18-02-06-41, Tax Lot 4900) outside of the City
Limits but within the City's Urban Growth Boundary. The letter granting
Tentative Plan approval for the partition request (Jo. No. 92-08-167) called
for the dedication of right-of-way for Jasper Road and Richland Street based
on right-of-way requested by Lane County.
The City of Springfield is requesting that you process the dedication of the
above mentioned right-of-way.
In addition, there is currently a one foot withholding strip at the east end
of Richland Street. This strip should be relocated to the east end of the
right-of-way required for Richland Street as part of this partition request.
