The owner has executed an agreement with us that allows a phased payment of a portion of the water development charges. These payments are due when the building permit application for each lot is received by your office. Provide Watermains and Hydrants as follows: Minimum 6" main with hydrants placed at locations where the distance from a hydrant to any trailer space does not exceed 500'. Hydrants & Installation shall meet Fire Code requirements (see attachment). Hydrants shall be capable of flowing 1000 gallons per minute with 20# residual while flowing. A 20' clear access is required on the north end. The portion that might lie on the PP&L right-of-way may be graveled as long as an easement from PP&L is secured in order to assure the access.
