The portion of structure in question was required by the City of Springfield as condition of approval #4. We may be required to remove that portion of structures that are in the P.U.E., and to reconstruct those same structures. DONOVAN Jim From: To: Subject: Date: DONOVAN Jim MARX Tom 98-02-53 Northwest Notions Ceramics plant on Laura Street Thursday, September 03. 1998 5:05PM TM, I'm advised that my acoustical protections are encroaching into an easement at north property line at this site, Please help me meet my goal of acoustically protecting the residential zone to the north by considering these factors: 1) the pads and block screens are solid, but they' are removable similar to fences, Heavy duty fences, I know, but the applicant has been advised of his responsibility to remove. if necessary and has verbally obliged, (I could get it in writing if necessary,) 2} I would not flinch to ask them to remove and reconstruct the screens, but SUB has PUEs up, down, across, around and through this site and subdivision, We would have options if and when enough utilities are stacked in there to present a problem, . , Let me know if this is an acceptable interpretation of the situation, if you think we need documentation, or if we can give the go ahead to the contractor for the pour, Or if I have possibly gone round the bend......
