Subject: Site Plan Approval for Moose Lodge
Dear Mr. Hulett:
This letter confirms our approval of your site plan for the proposed Moose Lodge at
2011 Laura Street. Upon submittal of a completed set of building plans, you may
expect a seven-to~ten day turnaround for review and issuance of building permits.
We remain hopeful that a street improvement project involving more than just your
property can be initiated successfully this winter. While these negotiations are
underway. you do not need to submit engineered designs of your frontage improvements
in order to receive building permits. The final decision of the City Council to
accept jurisdiction of Laura Street and proceed with improvements will determine
whether or not you will be responsible for these drawings.
