Dear John and Dave,
At your request, the City Building Division inspected the existing house and a mobile
home at 1941 Laura Street for suitability to be used as offices for your construction
business.

In addition to the requirements of your Conditional Use Permit, the following items
'are required to comply with,minimum Code standards for the intended use.
, Items relative to the house:

1) The upstairs shall be used for light storage only, not in excess of 40 p,s,f.

1) Water closet bowls for public use shall be elongated bowls equipped with open
