As a result of a complaint from the tenant Ms. Gabriel Ewing, I recently performed an
electrical inspection at the above address. The inspection revealed numerous electrical
safety violations and potential hazards to the building or building occupants. Because of
the wiring that has been installed in an unsafe and dangerous manner, the residence shall
not be occupied until the deficiencies in the electrical system have been corrected, The
work is required to be done by an Oregon licensed contractor with permit and inspection
approval from this office.
