Dear Residen t:
Recently, the Springfield Fire and Life Safety Department was requested to
respond to an emergency on Laura Street. At that time it was noticed that your
home has the wrong street address placed on it. Because of the wrong address it
may be difficult to locate your residence in an emergency situation.
According to the Lane County Assessment records, your property is located on
Reference Number 17032741, Tax Lot 04600. The address which has been assigned
to this tax lot is 1540 Laura Street. Please accept this letter as a notice
that you need to change to address numbers on your house and/or mailbox to 1540
no later than July 18, 1991.
Ve will notify the following companies and/or agencies of this address by
sending them copy of this letter:

2) Springfield Fire Department
3) U.S. Post Office
4) U.S. Vest Communications
5) Northwest Natural Gas
