1. The Applicant Submits a Pre-Submittal Meeting Application

The Pre-Submittal Application is mandatory. Please refer to the Fee Schedule for the current
application fee. The submittal package must conform to the application completeness checklist
attached to this form. Please refer to Page 4 for the Pre-Submittal requirements. Pre-
submittal meetings will be conducted every Tuesday and Friday between 10:00 a.m. and noon.
We will strive to conduct the Pre-Submittal meeting within five to seven workmg days of receiving
the application.
2. Applicant and the City conduct the Pre-Submittal Meeting
We strongly encourage you, the owner and design team, to attend the Pre-Submittal meetmg.
The meeting will be held with representatives from Public Works Engineering and Transportation,
Community Services (Building), Fire Marshall's office, and the Planning Division. The meeting will
be scheduled for 30 to 60 minutes. The Planner will provide you with a Pre-Submittal Checklist at
the end of the meeting specifying the items required to make the application complete-if it isn't
already complete. you will then have 180 daysjo make the application complete for submittal
and acceptance by the City.
3. Applicant Submits a Complete Application
When you have addressed all of the items on the Pre-Submittal Checklist, please submit a
complete application to the Survey Section located at the NW Quad of City Hall. Refer to page 5
for the submittal requirements. The plat application fee will be collected at that time if the
application has been deemed complete. After Surveying and Planning staff checks and signs the
mylars the plat may then be recorded by the applicant's surveyor at Lane County.
AFTER RECORDING:
Submit Five (5) recorded rolled paper copies of the plat along with Three (3) copies of required
documents delivered to the Development Services Department prior to the issuance of any
building permits.
Owner's Signature
This application will be used for both the required Pre-Submittal Meeting and subsequent complete
application submittal. Owner's signatures are required at both stages in the application process.
An application without the Owner's original signature will not be accepted.

common areas, dedicated areas, and easement areas that are not simple parallel offsets.

divided. The title report must be dated within 30 days of submittal at the time of the final
submittal. An older report is OK at the pre-submittal stage.

DATED SEPTEMBER 4, 2007
1. One street tree along the frontage of each parcel (two trees total) have been installed as
generally depicted on the tentative partition plan prior to submittal of mylars. The trees are
sufficIently removed from adjacent property lines and are of a species suitable for planting
beneath power lines.
2. The electrical and telecommunication services to the existmg dwellmgs have been
undergrounded.
3 The undergrounded electncal and telecommunication servIces have been run (a) southerly
from the pole to the north within the dedicated publIc right-of-way followed by an angle to
the existing dwelling on Parcel 1 and (b) northerly from the pole to the south withIn the
dedicated public right-of-way followed by an angle to the existing dwelling on Parcel 2. No
additional easements are required as the conduits from the public right-of-way are pnvate
and do not cross adjOIning properties.
4. The Serial Property Line Adjustment initiated by Planning Action 8002007-00043 has been
recorded and a Final Notice of A}'}'lvial was issued October 30,2007.
5 The Private Temporary Maintenance and Maintenance Access Easement against Tax Lot
800 that benefits Parcel 1 will be recorded concurrently with the Partition Blanks on both
the partition and Easement document will be completed at that time. A draft copy is
included herein.
6. The Joint Use Private Access and Private Utility Easement benefitting Parcels 1 and 2 will
be recorded concurrently with the PartitIOn. Blanks on both the partition and Easement
document wIll be completed at that time. A draft copy is included herein
7. Two paved off-street parkIng spaces serving Parcel 2 have been constructed on said parcel.
8 A Warranty Deed for the street dedIcation will be recorded prior to submittal of partition
mylars A draft copy is included herein,
9. The joint driveway access has been configured such that the dnveway approach wings do
not encroach beyond the projected private easement boundarIes.
10. The applIcant acknowledges that adequate clearance triangles shall be provided and
maintained at the corners of the SIte dnveway in accordance with SDC 32.070. A note to
such has been added to the partition.
