Recently televised was the announcement of new ownership of the Patrician Mobile Home Park,
with much concern voiced 'by tenants as to their fate and options.
Beautiful, historical Brownsville located approximately 20 miles north of Eugene/Springfield,
and 3 miles east of 1-5, offers a serene atmosphere, rural living, abundant wildlife and a wide
variety of activities, such as Carriage Me Back, Pioneer Picnic, Antique Faire, Stand By Me
Cruise In and Sock Hop, and many more. There are a multitude of churches, museums, and

. \Vithin the city limits, Brownsville Mobile Home Park is a small 21-space family-owned park.
\'~Located at 500 Loucks Ways, BMHP currently has two vacant spaces, with a third space possibly
available this fall. Space #10 is suitable for a single-wide, while Space #18 is large enough for a
double-wide with a spacious yard. Currently, space rent is $300, which includes water, sewer,
and garbage.
Brownsville Mobile Home Park offers to anyone relocating from The Patrician, three
months rent free.
