HI, I'm Chns Moorhead, and I just started In the Surveyor position here at the City of Spnngfield the beginning of
January I am dOing the plat checking, and I just wanted to touch bases with you about Sebnng (see emall
below) In reviewing my current projects In progress of Plat Checking, I see I was expecting to receive word from
our Planners when the new final plat pre-application was completed for this plat I would then let you know what
we need before you can submit the mylars Plannrng tells me the new fee and application to proceed with the
extension has not been received Can you tell me If It IS stili In progress?

I was wondenng If you have had a chance to review my letter requesting an extension of the time frame allotted
for the recording of the final plat map for the partition of the Sebnng property reviewed under PRE 2006-00040
My hope IS that by submitting a new final plat pre-application meeting fee we could continue With the final review
and recording of the plat Without having to start over again With the tentative approval process Thank-you for
