I will be out-ot-town on Tuesday the 25th The Sebnng Pre-Submittal meeting tor the Partition Plat IS at 10'00 and we
have no comments trom Public Works None ot the tew conditions on the decIsion were trom us. Either Enc or Matt said
they should be able to be at the meeting, which I don't expect to last but a tew minutes, and answer any questions that
may anse. I hope the applicants are stili intending to retain the giant Sequoia tree that IS an outstanding teature both tor
this yard and the entire nelghborhoodl
