Cascade Health Solutions in the Amount not to exceed $276,000 to Provide Primary and Preventative
Medical Services for the City’s Wellness Center.
d. Allow Permitted Utility Construction Activities Outside of the Hours of 7am and 6pm for Utility Work
Associated with the Franklin Blvd. Project P21066.
e. Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with Willamalane for the City’s Participation in the
Construction of the Veteran’s Memorial Plaza and Authorize the City Manager to sign the IGA.
f. Approve the Amended Council Operating Policies and Procedures.
