Subject: Housing Inspection Approval at 1232' Kelley Blvd. Springfield, Oregon.
Dear Mr. Leahy
At your request the Springfield Building.Safety Division recently
conducted a housing inspectioD at the above address. The purpose of the
inspection was to determine if the property complies with the City of
Springfield Housing Code for residential structures.
I am pleased to report that the Division found no significant conditions
which deviate from the HousiDg Code requirements.
On behalf of the City r wish to thank you for' requesting this inspection
which helps to assure that safe. and sanitary housing conditions are
