Place orange construction fencing
outside the driplines of the 3 trees
marked on the plot plan. Keep all
construction activity out of this area.
Street trres were required as a
condition of platting, but if they
have not been put in, 4 are required:
2 on 57th and 2 on "A". Existing
trees may count toward these.
For purposes of setback review the
orientation of the front door was
used (facing S "A ").
To Request an inspection call the 24 hour recording at 726-3769. All inspections requested before 7:00
a.m. will be made the same working day, inspections requested after 7:00 a.m. will be made the following
work day.
Ufer Electrical Ground: Install ground rod at footing and call for inspection in conjunction with footing and/or
foundation inspection.
Foundation: After forms are erected but prior to concrete placement.
Manuf Home Set Up: When installation of all piers or stands is complete.
Final ManufHome Set Up: After all required inspections are requested and approved and porches, skirting,
decks, venting, street address numbers, trees, driveway, etc. have been installed.
Final Buildmg: After all required inspections have been requested and approved and the building is complete.
Manuf Home Plumbing: After home has been connected to water and sewer.
MH Electric: When blocking, setup and plumbing inspections have been approved and the home is connected to
the panel.
MH Service: Approval required prior to utility company energizing service.
Storm Sewer Line: Prior to filling trench.
