Staff Decision: Final Approval.
The letter dated August 1, stated .that there were two conditions to be met
prior to the granting of Final Approval. These conditions were submittal of:
1. Two copies of a survey showing points set; and
2. The new legal descriptions for each property. .
Conditions 1 and 2 have been met.
