RE: Fire Damage at,1050 Kintzley, Springfield, OR.

Dear Mr. Jennings:
Pursuant
at the
exist:
to your request, I inspected the fire damage to structures
above address and have found that the following conditions
1.
The patio cover and the wood frame storage building adjacent
to the masonry pump house are structurally deficient due to
excessive charring of the structural members and must be
removed or repaired before the property can again be
occupied.
2.
The dwelling and the pump house suffered only cosmetic damage
and no requirements for repair of these structures will be
made by application of the City Building Safety Codes.
Please take steps to rectify the noted deficient conditions prior to
occupying the property.
