RE: Proposed Single Family Residence to be located at 1891 King Henry Court,
Springfield, Oregon
Dear Contractor:
I am writing regarding an application which was made on October 12, 2006 for the
proposed construction of a single family residence to be located at 1891 King Henry
Court, Springfield, Oregon.
On December 18, 2006, a phone call was made to you from Neil Streech with Rogers
Engineering asking for additional information to complete the plan review. As of today,
we have not received the information. Please contact either Mr. Streech at 541-672-
0315, or me at 541-726-3790, to inform us of your intentions regarding this project. We
would like to be able to complete this project for you prior to plan review expiration.
