Lambert 943 Kelly Blvd. Springfield, Oregon 97477 RE: Fence located a~ " ~ellY ~ Dear Ms. Lambert: A recent survey by this office, of the alley running parrellel to Water Street and connecting "I" and "H" Streets found that the fence surrounding your prop- erty encroaches into the alley right of way. Because of the nature of the unimproved alley and the fact that the fence pro- jects only 1.8 feet into the alley right of way, the City will not require immediate removal of the fence from the right of way area. However, you should be aware that if the alley is ever improved (paved), or if the fence obstructs utility maintenance access, the fence must be moved so that it is located wholly on private property. Please direct all inquiries to the Springfield Building Division at 726-3753.
