I, Robert Castile, being first duly sworn, do hereby depose and say as follows:
I. I state that I am the Building Inspector for the Community Services Division, City of Springfield,
Oregon.
2. I state that in my capacity as Inspector, I posted at each portal of the residence commonly known
as 931 Kelly Blvd., also known as Lane County Reference Number 17033411, Tax Lot 04800, the original
of the attached Hand Posted Letter addressed to Garth E and Robben J Lyons, PO Box 70486, Eugene,
Oregon 97401 on May 16,2006.
