Apparently one of the garages for the duplex was converted into a ' . separate living unit and is being rented as such.' Any other structure other than a duplex is prohibited on this parcel. A third or foUrth unit is not a permitted use in the Low Density Residential Zoning District. You must cease use of these additions as separate living units.
