Dear Mr. Sherman:
The City of Springfield has received a complaint regarding the existing duplex at 602/60~'
Kelly Boulevard. Apparently one of the garages for the duplex was converted into a '
. separate living unit and is being rented as such.'
Any other structure other than a duplex is prohibited on this parcel. A third or foUrth unit
is not a permitted use in the Low Density Residential Zoning District. You must cease
use of these additions as separate living units. Please contact the building division (726-
3753) regarding any permits r~quired to restore the structure to apermiried use.
