A letter from the Lane County Sanitarian is required to show serviceability of the current septic system. 6. A Public Improvement Agreement is required to be signed for S. 42nd Street and Jasper Road. Staff can prepare the document for your signature. 7. An Annexation Agreement is required to be signed. Staff can prepare the document for your signature. 8. A Final Site Plan drawn to scale showing the approved location of any driveways and paved areas is required within 90 days of the date of this letter. 9. A signed Development Agreement. You may also apply for a Minor Variance to you intend to use the existing driveway from Jasper Road.
