Subject: Complaint investigation at 4145 Jasper Rd, Springfield, Oregon

To whom it may concern,
On January 18, 2001 we investigated a complaint located at the above referenced location.
The complaint involved the parking of construction equipment, the burial of construction
debris, and an over height fence. The property owner Jeff Henderson was also present.
during the inspection, A visual inspection of the property revealed no construction,
equipment, but Mr. Henderson said that he did bring equipment home from time to time.
We saw no evidence of construction material being buried and Mr, Henderson stated he
had not buried any materials, We measured the grouted portion of the masonry fence from
the grade at the concrete driveway and found it to be within the 6-foot maximum height as
allowed by the Springfield Development Code, Section 16.090, Dry stacked masonry ,
blocks were found on top of the grouted fence in one area next to the driveway, which did-
make the fence over height at that point, Mr. Henderson was asked to remove them and he
said he would, We ended our investigation at that point and returned to the office.
