RE: Phone call from Thomas Wolter
Mr, Wolter phoned me regarding Ralph Shaw, He said that Ralph had been up to his property at 6759 Ivy
Street and did not approve his water line, He said that he called for a rough plumbing inspection and at
that time, the water line was in and he expected it to be inspected so he covered it.
I explained to him the inspection procedures and that the inspector can not always tell what is ready for
inspection unless the request is made specifically for the type of inspection someone needs, At different
times during our conversation, Mr. Wolter told me that he hopes Ralph has his third and final heart attack
and dies, Then Mr. Wolter told me a long story, but I couldn't understand much of it and he ended by
saying he was going to shoot Ralph, I told him not to say things like that, and he said that he means it. I
then put Mr. Wolter on hold to talk to Ralph about options for Mr, Wolter, I then told Mr, Wolter that he
could dig up where the water line connected to the meter and a place about halfway between the house and
the meter so Ralph could check the depth of the line and the detector wire. He said that he was not going
to dig up his line and again he said that he was going to shoot Ralph,
Then he started telling me a story about George Walker. He said that George told him to hire Bravado
Construction to install a stonn sewer line and the City would pay for it and now the City is not honoring
their agreement with him, I asked him ifhe has contacted George since that discussion and he said no, I
told Mr, Wolter that I could not help him with that and we needed to find a solution to the required
inspection for his water line, He said that he wants to be the one to give Ralph his third and final heart
attack, Again, Ilold him not to say things like that.
I told Mr, Wolter once again that he could dig up by the meter and a point between the house and the meter
so Ralph could inspect the depth of the line, He said that he was going to call for an inspection on Monday
and shoot Ralph when he came, He then hung up the phone,
