Today I went back to the house and took more pictures and did get to talk to Dennis about the fill
that may be in the zone. He assured me that no fill had been brought to the site, The house was built at
58' from the front property pin, which would leave 2' back from the zone. I do have pictures and I don't
think he did bring in any fill. I will leave the pictures with Cynthia as she requested them. It could be that
what the pictures are showing is the dirt that has been roughed up by the bobcat? Bob
