OR Dear Ms. Kane: The intent of this letter is to provide written 'confirmation of City occupancy approval for the apartments and ancillary structures located a~ the above referenced addresses. In reviewing the permit and inspection records for these projects, 'the documentation noted, clearly indicates that the required inspections were conducted and approved, and "Certificates of Occupancy" were issued. Copies of the "Certificates" were not retained by, the, City. Subsequently, no additional information other than ,the actual inspection records are available. Copies of the inspection records for 1725 N. 5th, Springfield, OR, have already. been provided to your office. 'Copies of,the inspection records for 2555 Gateway, Springfield, OR, will be mailed.
