Dear Ms. Kane:
The intent of this letter is to provide written 'confirmation of
City occupancy approval for the apartments and ancillary
structures located a~ the above referenced addresses. In
reviewing the permit and inspection records for these projects,
'the documentation noted, clearly indicates that the required
inspections were conducted and approved, and "Certificates of
Occupancy" were issued. Copies of the "Certificates" were not
retained by, the, City. Subsequently, no additional information
other than ,the actual inspection records are available. Copies of
the inspection records for 1725 N. 5th, Springfield, OR, have
already. been provided to your office. 'Copies of,the inspection
records for 2555 Gateway, Springfield, OR, will be mailed.

practiee of the loeal jurisdietion)1 III1d, (2) that copies of occupaney permits
for all dwell ins units be submitted as well (if thie ves a practice of your
jurisdietion) .
In resard to the issuanee of licenses, if it is DQ1 required by the local
jurisdietion, FNMA requires veritieation in writing that thie is not a
praetice ot your jurisdietion.
Pursuant to the occupancy permits requir8lllent, it this is not a practiee
of your juriSdiction, we need verifieation in writina thet it is Dot.
Please nots loan eettlement is scheduled for June, and we muet be in
receipt of these documents prior to that time. Therefore, I would areet1y
