Dear Mr. Price:
Last week you came tO,our office to request a refund of a plumbing
permit. At that time, I showed you the inspection report which
indicated that an underground plumbing inspection was conducted and
the fee you paid for the permit covered that inspection. You stated
that you did not perform any plumbing work on the project, and felt
that the entry had been made in error,
After you left, I spoke with Ralph Shaw, Plumbing Inspector, regarding
your project. He indicated to me that an inspection was conducted at
your residence for a connection to the storm drainage system.
Therefore, I am unable to process your refund request.
If you have any questions, or still feel that this entry was made in
error, please phone me at 726-3790 so I can arrange a meeting with you
and Mr. Shaw.
