Dear Mr, Moore:
At the request of Trotter & Associates, who is acting on behalf of Tom Wirfs. I
have reviewed the subdivision plat for Wyatt Meadows SeconcCAddition, the
Declaration of Protective Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and
Maintenance Provisions for Wetlands and Storm Water in Common Area for
Wyatt Meadows. and a title report to determine the existence of a berm
easement across the above referenced lots, Based on my review, there does
not appear to be a berm easement on or across said lots,
