of the St<lte of Oreuon pertaining to the work described
herein, and thai NO OCCUPANCY will be made of any
structure wi t1lOu t permission of the Building Sa(ely Division.

are in compliance with ORS 701.055 will be used on this

requested at the proper time, that each address is readable
from the streel, that tile permit card is located at the front
of the property, and the approved set of plans will remain
