This is an agreement between the City of Springfield Community Services Division and
TDdd Torrey, Total Communications, Inc., that the permit issued for the construction of
a billboard to be located at 3030 Judkins Road (00-00368-01).
Can be erected once the City has received a copy of the State permit of approval and,
the billboard located at 3190 Gateway Loop (920907) has been removed. Mr. Torrey
agrees to contact the Community Services Division within ten (10) days to request an
inspection once the billboard has been removed.
