Industrial and Heavy Industrial Sign Standards. (1) Maximum Height. The maximum height for all signs is 30 feet from grade to the top of the sign. (2) Single Businesses. Each business shall be permitted a total number of three wall or projecting signs with a maximum of 350 square feet for all faces. (3) Free Standing or Roof Sign. In addition to wall signs permitted above, one sign from this group shall be permitted for eacb approved development area. Tbe total area permitted sball be 100 square feet for one face or 200 square feet for two or more faces. (4) Directional Signs. Eacb approved development area of at least five acres sball be permitted one directional freestanding sign of 200 square feet for one face and 400 square feet for two or more faces. (5) Logos.
