OR - Fill and romnaction Tnsnect;nn - W.O. #1 I 282-TJM As you requested, an inspection has been made during the placement of gravel fill on this site in preparation for the construction involving foundations for the proposed residence. The excavation involved removal of surface organic soil and other unsuitable material and the placemcnt of 12" minimum of 3/4" crushed rock in accordance with our standard procedures. The compacted surface ofthe crushed rock is adcquate for a foundation bcaring capacity of 1000 psf, which is adequate to support thc proposed convcntional wood frame residencc. The compaction of the gravel surface is greater than 95% of a standard proctor pcr ASTM 0698-91, (See attached data sheets). .
