Called property owner 11 :09am 8/28/02, no
answer (no answering machine). Will try and
call again later. Driveway width does not meet
code, 12 ft minimum and approach can not be
angled, Will ask applicant for revised site plan.
Tried calling Mr. Luce several time yesterday
and today(8/29/02), Sent letter regarding site
plan today 8/29/01.

Jack and Walt of Grass Roots came into the
counter 9/4/02 in the afternoon, Driveway
throat minimum is 12 feet. Driveway must
need ADA requirements. Applicant can
"neck-down" driveway on private property,
confirmed with Transportation division,
Sidewalk was constructed under bp
#02-00365-01. Survey division reviewed
private easement for sewer, private easement
falls inside public utility easement. I have
included a copy of the land use decision for the
minor partition with sewer conditions. IF
APPLICANT NEEDS TO TAP PUBLIC
INFRASTRUCTURE AND ENCROACHMENT
PERMIT IS REQUIRED. I have included the
encroachment permit application with the
building permit, if they need the permil the
applicant the cost will need to be paid at the
time of submittal.
