PROPOSAL The 1I0edads Inc. wish to utilize the existing house as an officespace. We would use the two bedrooms and the family room as offices and the living room as a reception/lounge area. The kitchen would be used as a lunch room. We would use the existing two-car garage for vehicle maintainence. We would redo the garage door (remov~ the two existing ones and replace with one with more clearance) and up grade the electrical service. Also expand the current driveway to the east for additional parking area. We would lallrlscape around the new par.king area. We wish to utilize the existing unfinished/vacant block building as a 'storage building for materials anrl vehicles not in use. We would enclose the front of the building and put in a large sliding door. Also a gravel driveway from 42nd st. to the front of the building and additional gravel parking in front and south side of the building. Driveway, parkinq area and building will be landscaped.
