As you requested, a Sl(e inspection of the soils at 1172 S. 69th PI4ce was made by MortIer
Engineering, P.C. on March 23, 2000.
The SJte is suiLable for the placement of foundations. All unsuitahle soils have heen removed. Less
than 4" of crushed rock has been placed on the native soils. The placemenL of the dr4inline at the
bottom of the bench cut for the garage/drivewdY lo upper mdin house was installed sdtisfactorily, as
directed by Mortier Engineenng, P.c.
