FINANCIAL
IMPACT:
This project involved the installation of public improvements consisting of 16 feet of
asphalt alley with concrete valley gutter and driveway approach.
The developer of the project is St. Vincent de Paul Society of Lane County. All work
has been inspected by Balzhiser & Hubbard Engineers and the City Engineer and
found to be satisfactory.
We do not have a final construction cost for this project, as it was privately
engineered, built and financed. There is no financial impact to the City other than
future maintenance responsibilities.
