FURTHER, the Owners, Heirs or Assigns .of Lots 136 and 149 of said Subdivision will share a 26.00 foot wide Private Joint Use Access Easement across Lots 136, 138 'and 149 as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorp.orated herein, for the benefit of said Lots 136 and 149 and enter int.o a Maintenance Agreement. NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed and declared that: 1. The Owners, Heirs and Assigns of the above named Lots 136 and 149 of said Subdivision shall share equally in the C.osls of maintenance and .operati.on of said Easement. 2. The Owners, Heirs and Assigns of said Lots shall cause said Easement t.o remain free of structures and parked vehicles and shall be available for access to the public road at all times. 3.
