DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT 225 FIFTH STREET SPRINGFIELD, OR 97477 (541) 726,3753 FAX (541) '726,3689 August 30, 1996 AGREEMENT FOR TEMPORARY OCCUPANCY AT 6808 IVY STREET, SPRINGFIELD, OREGON. The undersigned hereby agree to complete the following requirements for occupancy of the above referenced property by September 10, 1996. I, Final Mechanical approval (protection post). 2. Required Street Trees installed. 3. Approval of Storm Sewer drainage (roof drainage). 4, Completion of front deck to Code requirements. 5, Appropriate inspection and approval of main floor structural connections and drywall by appropriate City inspectors or approved registered engineers. 6. Submit application and drawings for rear deck structure. 7. All locations of egress from the building shall be properly barricaded and sealed until proper Code approved means of egress are provided for each egress, 8. Provide address numbers contrasting with the structure and readily visible from the front street. All work on rear deck shall cease until appropriate permits are obtained for the structure, Building grade elevations shall be consistent with the top of concrete stem wall elevations around the building on the East, South and West elevations. Exception: North elevation shall be provided with a three foot high by four feet long retaining wall, parallel to and four inches from the exterior building wall. The retaining wall shall taper to the stem wall elevation for a distance of eight feet on both sides, The wall shall be flashed to the existing building along the top edge.
